Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?
BizyClock doesn't offer a free trial, but every plan is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If it isn't the right fit, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund you.
What currency are prices billed in?
Prices are shown in both USD and CAD — checkout automatically uses your local currency based on where you are, and your card is charged in that currency. There is no cross-currency conversion fee added on our end.
How much does a kiosk user cost?
Kiosk users — crew who clock in with a shared PIN and never log in — are a flat add-on ($2 USD / CA$2.50 per user per month) on top of any paid plan, billed separately from full seats. They're not offered on Solo.
Is the Lifetime Deal really a one-time payment?
Yes. The Lifetime Deal is a single one-time payment for permanent access to that tier — all its features, all future updates, and priority support, with no recurring fees ever. Lifetime Deal pricing is only available while the offer window is open; once it closes, only monthly plans remain.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing settings or by contacting support — you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, with no long-term contract. Lifetime deals aren't monthly subscriptions, so cancelling doesn't end access to a tier you already own.
What happens if I have more employees than my plan allows?
Business supports up to 100 active employees, and Enterprise scales that to 500 with graduated per-user pricing you can sign up for yourself — no sales call required. Beyond 500 employees, contact us for custom pricing.
